Some of us have been to crocodile parks as kids, use wallets, bags, purses and briefcases made using crocodile leather. Wikipedia says the nutrient-filled crocodile meat is served as a dish in parts of Africa and Thailand. We’ve even produced “Crocodile tears” at the headmaster’s office. But here is a bizarre relation between a car and crocodiles – an unusual Eastern European tuner created a BMW M3 covered in crocodile skin!
If someone told you tuners can’t think beyond horsepower and wheels, show them this – a customized 318i by Latvian tuner Vipon made using crocodile skin. The smart tuners haven’t yet acknowledged if it is actual croc skin or imitation material covering the length and breadth of the car, but that’s probably to stop an alarm setting off in your country’ customs office.
