Here is a first glimpse of the upcoming carbon fiber boot lid from Vorsteiner which is developed for the latest BMW 3-Series Convertible [E93]. Vorsteiner claimed it will be the lightest cabriolet boot lid available in the market.
Vorsteiner decided to tease us with their incoming boot lid for the E93 3-Series cabriolet BMW. It is made of carbon fiber and features a “duck-tail” that reminds, not only me for sure, of the E46 BMW M3 CSL.
The guys back at Vorsteiner are saying that the new boot will not prevent the roof folding system from functioning properly and that, at it’s release date it will be the lightest component of it’s type available for the German convertible.
