2011 Acura MDX 6-Spd AT w/Tech Package: Reviews, Price and Engine Specification.Power comes from a 3.7L VTEC V6 making 300-hp and a peak torque of 270 lb-ft. Mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and Acura’s Super Handling All-Wheel Drive, the 2010 MDX returns an EPA estimated 16/21 mpg.
The 2010 Acura MDX is available with 5 trim packages including: Base ; Technology Package, MDX with Technology and Entertainment Packages, MDX with Advance Package; and MDX with Advance and Entertainment Packages.

Acura mdx 2012

The new 2012 Acura MDX is unchanged essentially from its 2012 model and the Acura MDX has the beefy 3.7L V6 engine, also pumps out the amazing 300 horsepower to get you to go wherever the road might take you. It is the 47 horsepower jump from an old MDX & with the commendable torque (275pounds feet), which results in the whopping 5000pounds of the towing capability. Whereas towing the trailer for the weekend acceleration might not be very effortless when compared to the RX, still it pulls load with the bravado.

The MDX, Acura’s seven-seat luxury SUV, has been completely re-engineered and redesigned for the first time since its 2010 debut. A Cars.com Best Bet for as long as we’ve awarded the honor, the MDX was ahead of the curve in this category, offering seven seats as standard equipment and luring buyers away from the Lexus RX (which still has only five).

The Acura TSX has always been offered only as a sedan. Rumors are afoot, though, that the 2012 Acura TSX may be made available with a coupe body style, too. No firm announcements have been made by Acura, though, so this is still purely in the realm of speculation. Like before, you can expect the newest TSX to be offered in base and V6 trim levels.
Performance
As you conduct research about the 2012 Acura TSX, it helps to get a feel for how previous years’ models have fared in terms of reliability, performance, resale and other areas. This compact, entry-level luxury sedan has always earned decent marks in terms of reliability; JD Power and Associates gave the 2010 model a reliability score of 7.0. The sedan has traditionally included a four-year/50,000-mile Total Luxury Care package which comes with concierge service, 24-hour roadside assistance and travel and emergency services. Resale values for the TSX have generally been middle-of-the-road; the 2012 TSX may be different, though.
Safety Features
When it comes to safety, you can expect the 2012 Acura TSX to truly excel. Previous years’ models have boasted impeccable safety scores in government crash tests; the luxury sedan has also always done well in tests by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. In addition to a bevy of standard safety features and equipment – like anti-lock brakes and six airbags – the 2012 Acura TSX should include a Vehicle Stability Assist System and an Advanced Compatibility Engineering design that pulls collision force away from passengers during accidents.
Improvements
The only rumored improvement that may be in the works for the 2012 Acura TSX is a V8 engine option. At this point, there are no firm facts that confirm or deny this; it could very well be wishful thinking on the part of TSX enthusiasts.
How the 2012 Acura TSX Compares to Other Cars
The compact luxury sedan field is fairly crowded. If there are characteristics of the 2012 Acura TSX that don’t sit well with you, there are plenty of other cars to consider. Similarly priced options include the Volvo S40, the Audi A4 and the Lexus IS 250. More affordable options include the Nissan Altima and the Volkswagen Jetta, both of which can be enhanced with first-rate upgrades.

Video: Mercedes-Benz Bodied Acura Integra Convertible

If you’re still with us and haven’t gone out looking for a bug swatter, there’s more of this lime-green creation to be seen in the video after the jump.
Judging from the cuts on the front fenders and the shape of the bonnet, we reckon it’s a mid-1990s Acura Integra Coupe.
The proud owner of the vehicle chopped off the roof to turn the Japanese coupe into a convertible model and then proceeded with the styling transformation that includes a custom body kit imitating the looks of many Mercedes-Benz roadsters and the customary trick doors.

Acura NSX

The Acura NSX was the first vehicle I ever drove in which I felt I could never make a mistake. With predictable mid-engine balance and a refined V6 power curve, it could be driven through the turns with a deft touch; the NSX didn't have to be manhandled like the original Viper.

Now I feel like the replacement for the NSX is taking on some of the Viper's virtues. Called the "Advanced Sports Car Concept," the show-stopping debut at the Acura press conference revealed a V10 engine mounted in the front--just like the Viper. Other fang-like cues include long hood, short-deck proportions and an overall feeling of more muscle and less finesse; more quarter horse and less thoroughbred.

2012 Acura RL

2012 Acura RLAcura is a brand well known for innovation in motor vehicle technology, and 2012 promises to offer groundbreaking new features for the RL model. While Acura has been reticent about new models of the RL, the 2012 RL will most likely be released in autumn of 2011, in keeping with the RL’s tradition of being a midyear sedan that vastly improves upon other sedans unleashed in the same year.
Performance Features
The well-known car manufacturer has not yet released how the next generation of the RL model will differ from previous years, but predictions can be made based on how Acura has revamped other vehicles recently. One possible option is for the RL to be revamped as a rear-wheel drive car with a V8 engine, making it a more powerful version of the V6 2010 RL. While V8 engines are not yet standard in any sedans, the 2012 RL promises to subvert this paradigm.
In the past, the RL has been known for mid-year updates that combine the features of the Acura high-performance cars with the comfort of a sedan. The 2006 RL showcased the Super Handling All-Wheel Drive that could invest all of the vehicle’s power into one turn of the wheel, and was one of the initial Acura sedans to include a 300 horsepower V6 engine as a standard inclusion. These capabilities allowed the Acura RL to successfully compete with rival BMW vehicles with similar features at a much lower price tag.
Safety Features
The 2012 RL will integrate a number of features previously included in earlier models, all of which will be standard. The braking systems will include the vehicle stability assist and tire pressuring monitoring system aspects, as well as a variety of general security aspects including active front head restraints, child safety locks, and body modifications that protect both sides of the car from collisions
